Life is a mixture of happiness and sorrow. If joy goes, pain comes. If you are upset, it will also affect your body. So, there is no use in getting upset. If you get upset all of a sudden, try to get rid of it immediately. How will you do it? Here, in this article, I have shown seven ways or tricks to make your mind better. 

1. Laughter is said to be the most effective medicine to keep your mind well. Just a smile will make us forget all our pain. Researchers have mentioned in their studies that ‘laughing out loud’ helps to keep not only the mind but also the body healthy. Besides, it controls blood pressure and helps to increase immunity. 

2. Exercise also can keep your mind well. As a result of physical exercise, our body releases a hormone named Endorphins, which helps us to keep the mind well. Besides, studies have shown that exercise helps to reduce anxiety and mental fatigue.

3. After waking up from sleep in the morning, holding a cup of tea, you can stand in the sun or close to the window for a few minutes. Your body will get an adequate amount of vitamin ‘D’. Sunlight has an immunity system, which keeps you mentally healthy.

4. Listen to music if you are suddenly upset for any reason. Music helps to keep people’s minds well. If you want, you can dance to the music. Listening to a song of your choice can make your mind feel better instantly. You can remember any happy memory. Researches have shown that alongside keeping the mind well, music removes various mental and physical problems.

5. You can take a look at the old photos of the album. It will make you nostalgic as well as make your mind better quickly. The moment you will remember the background story of these old photos, all your pains will vanish.

6. Apart from these, you can post your favorite picture on Facebook or put it as a screensaver on your computer. It will create a new stimulation in your mind. You can start working with a sound mind.

7. You can note down interesting incidents or memories in the diary. If you are a girl, you can paint your nails in case of your love for nail polish. If cooking is your hobby, prepare a nice and delicious recipe.
